Is there a minimum number of employees who must sign up in order for us to take advantage of the Corporate Membership offer?

Yes, and no. No, such that companies that start with just one employee sign-up to get the program started! However, companies need to have at least 5 employees enroll within the first year, in order to continue the Corporate Membership program.
