No! While many (most) gyms charge an annual or semi-annual “maintenance” or “facility enhancement” fee (or something of the like), key tag or “fob” fees, credit card payment fees, etc., on top of the scheduled membership dues, our monthly corporate membership dues are the only fees that members will pay for a membership in good standing. (*See contract for exclusions. i.e. NSF charges.)  Also, as an added incentive for our Corporate Memberships, we have eliminated our regular “Enrollment fee,” which is normally $69.99 due at sign-up.
